Easy and YET so difficult~

Easy is to judge the mistakes of others
Difficult is to recognize our own mistakes

Easy is to talk without thinking
Difficult is to refrain the tongue

Easy is to hurt someone who loves us.
Difficult is to heal the wound...

Easy is to forgive others
Difficult is to ask for forgiveness

Easy is to set rules.
Difficult is to follow them…

Easy is to dream every night.
Difficult is to fight for a dream...

Easy is to show victory.
Difficult is to assume defeat with dignity...

Easy is to admire a full moon.
Difficult to see the other side...

Easy is to stumble with a stone.
Difficult is to get up...

Easy is to enjoy life every day.
Difficult to give its real value...

Easy is to promise something to someone.
Difficult is to fulfill that promise...

Easy is to say we love.
Difficult is to show it every day...

Easy is to criticize others.
Difficult is to improve oneself...

Easy is to make mistakes.
Difficult is to learn from them...

Easy is to weep for a lost love.
Difficult is to take care of it so not to lose it.

Easy is to think about improving.
Difficult is to stop thinking it and put it into action...

Easy is to think bad of others
Difficult is to give them the benefit of the doubt...

Easy is to receive
Difficult is to give

Easy to read this
Difficult to follow

Easy is keep the friendship with words
Difficult is to keep it with meanings.

Its just so true~ don't you think?I find this quite true... Easy to say~ hard to do~ Why are things looks so easy.. and yet so difficult to put it into action? We often see it in others... But we don't see it in our heart! We often set apart something.. and yet never follow through it~ Isn't it funny? Some of the simplest thing that even a child can do, and yet we couldn't even do~ How funny and yet sad it is... And sometimes even worse... Things which we know its wrongful YET, we proceed to do it~ Using more and more wrongful ways to indulge in it~ to make things worse, when we're doing wrong, we STILL think we're doing the RIGHT thing... How is it that? Are we lying to ourself? How is it that we're lying to ourself and yet we don't know?

I personally think what the Chinese proverbs says is quite true. The audience is clear of what is going on and ONLY the main party is unclear (旁观者清,当局者迷). It's so true isn't it? In this way, one is really blinded. Not to say physically, but spiritually. One really has to rely on one's close friends or family. Though it may hurt. One may feel the pain so greatly intense that one may not go through it. BUT it's definite that one will go through it through the POWER of LOVE~ Nothing defeats the power of LOVE. The TRUE Love.

I recently recollect some precious pondering from watching the movie STARDUST. In the movie, the quote of LOVE is UNCONDITIONAL in fact very true. Some of the times, when one is in search of one's true love, we often neglect that our true love is RIGHT IN FRONT of our very own eyes~

It's just so Easy and yet so difficult~ Difficult, but not hard~ ONLY we need to make the choice of to or not to~ The Choice is ours to make~

Am I ready?

As the nominations and elections season arrive, I am once again prompted with the question. “How? Are you ready?” I am truly bothered by this question. It’s been a year that I gave myself the preparation. However, it seems the problem has not been solved.

Being slapped the question, is not a easy task to answer it. Being given a choice, when in good condition, nobody wants to change. The very reason, not many people wants to be placed in an environment of uncertainties. Especially, when your decisions may greatly affect the future course of many.

But I ask myself a question, isn’t it many great leaders too face this problem? How many leaders dare say that they have the 100% confidence that their leadership outcome will be good? Each leader’s decision of leading involves risk. A risk which involves betting ones reputation.

Again, the old sayings goes, ‘Nothing ventured, nothing gain’. And even Christ me Lord was once faced with such great moment. Matthew 26:39 39 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."

But yet He said, not as I will, but as You (Father God) will. I suppose, we each have a choice to do it or not. It’s just the matter of obedience. If I am not ready now, when will I be ready? As I ponder upon it, I believe in learning through preparation. Even after I have chosen to do it, I am still learning from it. ANCORA IMPARO~ :P AND The risk? Let GOD deal with it~

Receiving Bad News

Have you ever had someone bring you really bad news? It was so bad that when you heard it your stomach immediately became upset. You went into a crisis mode. You just become stone. It is as if the world has struck you with the news that the World is coming to an end. Well, I have…

I once received news that brought such fear upon me I could hardly stand up. In the dawn of the matter, the mind so confined to the box that the mind seems to be stuck in it. Within the struggle, life becomes Topsy-turvy. In everything that I do, the problem seems to arise in the mind. Only those close to you would understand you and say “Don’t think about it”. It’s not easy!

For guys, the normal case would be that it would be hidden away. But from the look, if you look hard enough, it’s just written there. The troubled look. For the girls, everything they do seemed to be affected. Someone once told me a joke reflecting this. It goes; a neurologist- forensic scientist once performed an autopsy upon a man and a woman.

At first, the doctor operates on the man’s brain. He was amazed to find that the brain is very neat and organized. Each of the boxes has different functions for different occasions. Among them, there is a particularly larger one. Further studies have shown that the box is the empty Box. Now the Box is linked to all the boxes.

Then, the doctor proceeds to operate the woman’s brain. He found that the woman too has many boxes in the brain, all neatly arranged. Not only so, the woman too has a big box among the boxes which links to all the boxes. Further studies have proven the box to be the problem box.

With the results, the doctor proceeds to discuss his findings with a psychologist. Immediately the psychologist was able to identify the reasons behind it. The psychologist went on explaining that when a man does a thing, after the completion, a man would always lag and do nothing for a moment before proceeding to the next agenda. Even if when he faces a problem the man would stone for a moment and leave the empty box and proceed to the following agenda and doing it without much disruption.

Meanwhile, for a woman, if she faces a problem, she seems to be troubled and in everything she does, it will be problematic.

(Disclaimer: This joke is strictly for entertainment purpose. I sincerely apologize if any party is annoyed by it.)

In dealing with bad news, my personal experience is that I pray~ I truly return to the ever Almighty one. Asking for wisdom, strength and courage to face the challenge. Today, if you are ever burdened with any problem, perhaps you have turned right, left, front and back for answers. Feeling down, looking down, you might just have to lift your face and seek the answers from above. I strongly recommend praying~

My 21st Tanjobi! Tanjobi is Birthday in Japanese. Pardon me for some of my technical Japanese Jargon. Thanks to my trip to Japan. I know, I still owe many my stories in Japan. It will take some time though. Please be patient and it will be put up.

Host unlimited photos at slide.com for FREE!This year, I can say it is one of my best birthday celebrations. Well, among it, my birthday was celebrated for the entire week commencing the birthday eve! I am amazed myself too!

I think probably it because of my hobby and specialty in food, everyone brought me to eat. The celebration began with 2 of my buddies – Chung And Chong Ngie from high school came and sleepover at my place for the night. We chat till late night. The second day, early morning, my cell mates came drop by. Surprisingly, they bought me cakes and celebrated my birthday. It was sure a surprise!

Host unlimited photos at slide.com for FREE!Following that, my buddies and I went shopping and got my birthday pressie~ It was a really practical birthday pressie for me. Guess what I got? – 1Gig RAM for my desktop~

Host unlimited photos at slide.com for FREE!Later that night we had a BIG reunion dinner in Bukit Jalil. Considering it’s a difficult thing for us to gather in Klang valley. Considering the distance, the transportation and TIME. I am just so thankful for my friends’ willingness to spend some time to dine with me. I really had good time. What more can I ask?

Host unlimited photos at slide.com for FREE!Then, came the surprise of my birthday! My first and ever Doughnut cake! A box filled with assorted doughnuts from Big Apple. Wow, it was sure a creative way of celebrating birthday. People usually celebrates birthday with birthday cake~ But mine with DOUGNUTS! And guess what, they got me 13 doughnuts which represents 1st of March! Hahaha… a bunch of creative fellas…

Then I had dinner invitation from my foster sister- Jane~ if it wasn’t for my birthday, I think I wouldn’t know when will I be able to meet her. Luckily we had some quality time… Had dinner at Sushi King. The food was okay.. it was the dinning time with her that was the valuable ones. I am glad that she has finally settled in. Thank God for that.

Host unlimited photos at slide.com for FREE!Following that, I had dinner with my fellow Leo Members~ It was a good one at Sushi Zanmai. Like I said, probably because of my Japan trip and my love for food, the mention of food is unavoidable. Again, the time at Zanmai was a good one. Peoples like Nikki, whom I couldn’t meet was there. It was heck of a laughing night! Nikki, credit goes to you!

Later that, my bunch of girls friends celebrated my birthday by bringing me to a special hot + numbing + spicy dining experience at Chong Qing Steamboat in Sunway Mentari. It was a really pleasant dinner with all the seafood. But the numbing part is the fearsome ones. It wasn’t a pleasant one though. Credit to Nataline for the laughing part! Hahaha!!! And at the dinner… the most enjoyable part was eating the scallops… geez, I couldn’t believe it… I ate over 55 pieces of scallops… Thank God I am still alive now… Hahaha.. However, I believe my cholesterol level must have shot up to dangerous level…

Then, the last but not least… my cell group~ had a great dinner with my faith Station Leader- Victor, my cell mates Felicia and Daniel. And Felicia together with Joeanne got me a music box playing Amazing Grace, a song which full of meaningful lyrics.

Host unlimited photos at slide.com for FREE!On the same day, I received a parcel from Japan~ My Japanese host family sent me a packaged containing my birthday presents! It was so nice and definitely surprising to me! In it was a Japanese Learners book for beginners, some Japanese food and confectionery, a photo album with pictures of me in Japan and a socks I left while in Japan~

With that to say, I have to thank many people here… I may not be able to list them all out here… But I am praying for all of you! I really give thanks for all that you all have done for me!

Long Time No See

It’s been a long time since I blog. I really have to apologize to my faithful readers… hahaha… Well, many things have certainly happened and many thoughts prevailed and vanished in the midst. That’s how life is. Isn’t it? Opportunity comes and goes… If u misses the bus, you just miss it and have to wait for the next close alternative… that is if the alternative suits…

i thought with some comic, the blog wouldn't be so bored... what do u think?

During my coming back to University life, the inspirations flows once again like river. I think it is the environment that triggers the urge to write. Since my environment in University is usually more quiet and fast paced while in contradicting, life at hometown is more laid back and the inspiration is slow at birth.

Plus, credits definitely go to my surrounding friends… The major sources of my inspiration - The heartbeat of the contents in here. Blogging about the daily people routines.
